After the land purchased through SBIST is sold and profits have been distributed, investors are welcome to discuss a new SBIST project with a representative of CastGlobal Trust. The SBIST contract allows for continued investment and, as a fixed trust company, we exist to act according to our clients’ instructions.
As suitable properties become available, we can continue to purchase, sell, and distribute profits.
